WagWhim is a small, Australian-run online store with one simple focus: practical everyday products that help older dogs stay comfortable, confident and moving.
As dogs get older, the little things get harder: getting up off the floor, climbing the stairs, jumping into the car, keeping their footing on smooth floors. It's hard to watch, and many of the fixes are surprisingly simple.
We choose a small range of products that do one job well, write honest descriptions (including sizing and real delivery times), and stand behind them with a 30-day return policy.
What we promise
- Honest products: we describe exactly what each product is and isn't. Our products are everyday comfort and mobility aids, not medical treatments.
- Tracked shipping: every order ships with tracking, and we tell you realistic delivery times up front.
- Real support: questions about sizing or your order? Email us at support@wagwhim.com and a real person will get back to you.
- 30-day returns: if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
If your dog has a new injury, sudden weakness or ongoing pain, please see your vet first. For the everyday challenges of getting older, we hope WagWhim helps make life a little easier for both of you.
