Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
We ship worldwide with tracking. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Australia, Canada and United Kingdom: 8-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays or customs checks.
Shipping cost
Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and duties
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are the customer's responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may need to charge for re-shipping.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at support@wagwhim.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
