Refund policy

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@wagwhim.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection laws that apply to you.
